THE ROLE:

We are looking for a friendly, driven and hard-working Front-End Manager to join our Hawksburn location on a permanent full-time basis. This role will report to the Store Manager and Flower Department Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our busy Front-End Department.

You will be responsible for:

- Supervising and motivating the front-end team;
- Implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience and efficiency of our front-end operations;
- Handling customer enquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels at the front end;
- Creating and maintaining flower displays with a focus on excellent presentation, maintaining product freshness, and quality control.
- Providing ongoing training and support to maintain accuracy, efficiency and transparency in all transactions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

About you:

- Previous experience in a supervisory/management role in a retail environment (Supermarket experience preferred);
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Hands on team player that leads by example;
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
