About the Role
The Fire Supervisor will assist the Contract Manager with client-facing activities and hands-on tasks, overseeing the performance of a team of technicians. This is an excellent opportunity for a Field Supervisor managing a small team on a fixed site, looking to advance their career with a dynamic team backed by a leading global organization.

Main Duties

• Assist the Contract Manager by supporting technician management to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
• Maintain, service and repair a variety of fire equipment.
• Prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines.
• Participate in the Call-Out Roster.
• Stay current with industry knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate and submit required documentation and follow necessary procedures.

What do you need to apply?

• At least 5 years of experience as a Fire Service Technician, including some supervisory experience.
• An A-Grade Electrical License.
• Exceptional diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
• A solid understanding of OH&S requirements and fire safety regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
