Our Construction Team is seeking an energetic, reliable and motivated Multi-skilled Operator who shares the same passion for civil construction and maintenance related projects. You’ll have a strong background in operating a wide range of plant and equipment with confidence in their safe operation and driving heavy combination vehicles.

The primary purpose of this gig is to support the team in successfully delivering construction and maintenance projects by the safe and effective operation of excavators, backhoes, pozitrac's, truck & dogs, and other plant items, in collaboration with your supervisor and team members. When not operating plant items or driving trucks, the Multi-skilled Operator completes manual handling tasks associated with construction projects.

• This is a permanent opportunity – working full-time working 38 hours / week + 9 day fortnight
• Base Salary Range: $65,026 - $71,742 pa based on 38 hours / week + 11.5% superannuation + $2,312 retention allowance
• You will be working from Raymond Terrace Works Depot

• Demonstrated safe and effective operation of excavators including appropriate WorkCover or equivalent competency accreditation, to be able to accurately excavate to predetermined levels and to place pipes
• Demonstrated safe and effective operation of prime mover and trailer and current HC licence
• Demonstrated safe and effective operation of backhoe including appropriate WorkCover or equivalent competency accreditation, to be able to accurately excavate to predetermined level and grade with both front and back buckets and to place pipes
• Demonstrated safe and effective operation of skidsteer loader and attachments such as mill including appropriate WorkCover or equivalent competency accreditation
• Demonstrated safe and effective operation of front end loaders and forklifts including appropriate WorkCover or equivalent competency accreditations
• HC License
