HAYLO People are a specialist recruitment agency within the personal injury & insurance industry and we are seeking multiple experienced Case to Senior Case Managers to join a market leader in Insurance who are mass expanding their Workers Compensation division.

With the role being based in Charlestown NSW, and offering hybrid working, it would suit those within the radius between Central Coast to Hunter Region to Northern Newcastle.

The Role & Portfolio

• You will be working amongst a team who are passionate and who are feeling the benefits of expanding their market share and who are focused on positive workers' compensation claims outcomes.
• This is a mixed claims portfolio across both new physical & psychological claims with up to 50 in the portfolio.
• Work with experienced leaders and experienced technical support whilst being the face of the insurer across corporate clients and injured workers.
• Be apart of a team, vision and wider business success.

About You

• An experienced case manager with around 2 + years of experience in end to end claims management is preferred however most importantly you will be passionate about delivering superb customer experiences and enjoy working towards outcomes.
• Have a genuine, caring nature that puts customers at the heart of what you do, showing empathy in all circumstances.
• Enjoy stepping up and supporting others with mentoring and coaching.
• A true team player who supports peers and loves helping others.
