As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in securing and managing tender submissions for civil projects ranging from $5M to $20M. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Estimator to join our Brisbane office, someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, if you have 5 years experience and looking to make the next step into a Senior Position please don't hesitate to apply.

You will bring:

• 5-10 years’ experience in a senior estimating role within the Australian Civil Construction Market
• Strong understanding of earthworks, road construction (DTMR), renewables, drainage, and rail infrastructure
• Proven ability to estimate projects in the $5M - $20M range
• Experience with Expert Estimation software
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams

About the Role:

• Prepare and manage detailed estimates for civil construction projects
• Review and manage tender submissions to ensure competitive pricing
• Work on a variety of projects, including earthworks, road construction (DTMR), renewables, drainage, and rail infrastructure
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop accurate costings
• Utilise Estimation software to ensure precise and efficient estimates
• Provide insights and recommendations on project feasibility and cost control
