The Role:

Our Client specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of timber staircases with some of Australia's biggest builders.

You will be loading state of the art cutting machinery to assist the manufacturing process of flat pack staircases and stacking on pallets ready for dispatch and other factory duties as required.

Highly suited to a factory hand / labourer or/and experienced wood machinist who is looking for a new challenge – Full training provided.

Criteria:

• Must be able to follow directions
• Must have a current Forklift License
• Must be reliable and punctual with a positive attitude to work
• Work independently and as a team in a factory environment strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills
• Reliability with a "can do attitude" and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Willingness to learning new skills in the construction of timber staircases
• Good communication skills
• Honest & reliable
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures
• Have reliable transport
• Have Steel Capped Boots
• Physically able to lift up to 10-16Kg
• Forklift License highly desirable

• Loading & Operating state of the art cutting machinery and software

• Assembly of solid timber and stair components
• Operating state of the art cutting machinery and software
• Measuring and cutting timber
• Use of hand/power and air tools
• Assisting with loading and unloading of product
• Reliability is a MUST
• Basic Warehouse duties
• General housekeeping duties
