Starting ASAP!

Shine Time Music Therapy is looking for a full time registered music therapist “Contractor” or newly graduated music therapy student to start with us asap. You will be conducting home visit music therapy sessions for children and adults with special needs. Standard sessions are 45-minutes. We cater for clients in the Brisbane and Ipswich region in Queensland. You will be driving from session to session in your car.

The therapist we are looking for must be willing to commit to Shine Time Music Therapy’s values. You are also warm, engaging and have a genuine care for the client and a passion for music therapy. We want someone who is dependable, reliable and willing to stay with us long term and willing to put in a full days work.

Requirements:

Must have a Music Therapy qualification and be registered with AMTA to apply.

*Please do not apply without one as unfortunately we cannot hire you.

You will need an ABN, Blue Card, indemnity insurance, police cert and proof of AMTA registration. A reliable car and license is a must as you will be travelling from client to client. You need to be able to manage your time very well and be a confident driver. You must also be diligent, proactive and a great communicator.
