The Bottle Community is an authorised Container Refund Point for the Containers for Change Scheme at Warana on the Sunshine Coast. We pride ourselves on our Customer Service and the efficient processing of our Customers Containers.

Positions available include: Casual and school based - We seeking an energetic Team Member who is passionate about your role, community and our environment. You will be responsible for welcoming our customers and counting and processing container refunds.

Qualifications & experience

• ♻️ Strong customer service skills a must, involves lifting and helping collect customers containers from the car for sorting and counting
• ♻️ Good organisational and time management skills
• ♻️ Willingness to help, Many hands make light work! Heads up, we are dealing with a lot of containers and it can get a little dirty!!!
• ♻️ Team Player - a must
• ♻️ Eye for Detail - goes without saying. We need you to spot an opportunity to help a Customer, or to be able to identify and prevent WHS issues as they may accuse.
• ♻️ Please note: Weekend Work Required.. (not all weekends)

Tasks & responsibilities

• ♻️ Factory Floor/Customer Service Staff for to Fast Paced Factory Environment (recycling) Receiving containers, sorting counting (and more counting....)
• ♻️ Top PRIORITY - maintaining a safe and clean environment for our Team and Customers
• ♻️ What will get you over the line? - Must be Customer obsessed!!!
