We are Prolec Electrical and Air-Conditioning, a growing family owned local business based in Eltham, Victoria. We service a large range of the electrical and HVAC industry primarily focusing on service and maintenance in our local area. We are looking for local apprentice to join our small team to grow with our business. Established in 2018, we have been delivering all types of services including electrical, data and air-conditioning across the residential and commercial sectors.

At Prolec Electrical and Air-Conditioning we value customer service over everything! We focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients and make sure they have a great experience contrary to what most expect!

What your day to day will look like:

• Your job run will be loaded onto your mobile via our job management platform (Simpro Mobile Application)
• Work alongside highly skilled technicians
• Make sure van is stocked, loaded and ready to roll
• Discuss solutions and connect with customers on site making sure they have a 5 Star experience
• Process payments and certificates on site via portal
• Write professional job notes and process photos for works completed

What we are looking for:

• Self motivated individual capable of working alone and with other team members
• Experience with working on homes and businesses around Melbourne
• Good communicators with admin, managers, other staff and clients
• Minimum 1 year experience as an apprentice
• A well presented individual
• Must have your own base range of tools

What you will receive:
