Experienced Property Manager Required

Galaxy Real Estate in Bundaberg, Queensland have a unique opportunity available. We are looking for a full-time Property Manager to join our close, friendly team. We are looking for candidates who will contribute to our down to earth reputation by delivering exceptional customer service, to owners and tenants.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, is a great communicator, is positive, works well in a team and autonomously, has a passion to learn and grow their career, and wants to work in an environment where they can deliver outstanding property management services to our clients and take pride in the workplace, their portfolio and the client experience.

This role will require you to:

1. Managing the day-to-day tasks of a property portfolio
2. Liaising with clients, landlords, tenants and tradespeople
3. Complete periodic inspections
4. Manage repairs and maintenance
5. Monitor payment and arrears management
6. Mange the leasing process from state to finish
7. Prospect for new business

You are required to have:

1. A current Real Estate Certificate or Licence
2. At least 1-2 years in a similar role for Property Management
3. Experience in using property management programs (PropertyME)
4. Exceptional time management and organisational skills
5. The ability to work in a team environment, however happy to use initiative and be self-sufficient.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Be well presented.
8. Have a valid QLD driver’s licence (company car is provided for use during work hours).

Support and training will be available and the successful candidate will report to the agency Principal.
