About the opportunity:

Due to an increase in our operational requirements, we are seeking highly motivated and reliable, safety-driven HC Truck Drivers to join our growing and diverse team. Starting on a casual basis, this role offers potential ongoing work opportunities for the right candidate.

• Competitive hourly rate + penalty rates apply
• Monday – Friday, 50+ hours per week
• Occasional Saturday work available
• Potential for occasional night shift work

This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled truck drivers who are looking for steady, well-paid work with a company that values its people.

What we are looking for:

2+ Years experience driving Tandem, Truck and dog, Quad dog, or Semi tipper Trucks (Heavy combination) in a construction, Civil or quarry environments. have the ability to work under limited supervision either in a team environment or working independently, must have the following

• Unrestricted HC license or higher
• White card (construction induction card)
• Safe driving skills are essential
• Positive attitude

Key Accountabilities:

• Demonstrate a clear commitment and responsibility to Health, Safety and Environment requirements
• Carry out all duties in a manner that minimises risk, production loss, damage to equipment and maintains a safe working environment for all personnel including contractors and visitors.
• Identify and report all hazards, incidents and associated risks immediately to the Supervisor
• Promote and adhere to all Spryco Group Pty Ltd Policies, Standards and Procedures, including site and client specific requirements.
• Complete all mandatory training and required paperwork.
• Conduct pre-start inspections daily prior to operating any plant or equipment
