Yugul Mangi Development Aboriginal Corporation (YMDAC) was established on 10 April 2008 to develop the social, economic, governance and cultural wellbeing of the Ngukurr community.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Arranging upkeep, calibration, and maintenance on YMD Batching plant and assets
• Coordinating, ordering, follow up and stock take of batching materials and supplies.
• Providing timely and accurate site, WHS and operational reporting to the CEO & CFO each month
• Working with WHS advisors and managers to improve site safety and WHS and OHS compliance.
• Assisting YMDAC Management with recruitment, and post placement support of new staff.
• Tendering for ongoing local projects and engaging with local & external stakeholders in order to stimulate work for the site.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current HR License
• Proven experience operating batching plants in remote areas, or similar projects
• Prior experience operating concrete pump trucks
• Prior experience operating 5m3 Concrete Agitator Trucks, mobile generators, mobile concrete batching plants.
• Prior experience working in remote areas alongside Aboriginal staff.
• A can-do, positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills. Be adaptable to changing & challenging circumstances.
