About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Mayfair Building & Construction as a Project Coordinator - Contract Administrator. In this full-time role based in Perth, WA, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the administration and management of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and monitor the progression of construction projects, including reviewing contract documents, managing variations, and tracking progress against project schedules
- Liaise with key stakeholders such as clients, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve any contractual issues that may arise
- Prepare and process variations, and other contractual documentation
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and bid submissions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project contracts and administration
- Support the project management team in the delivery of construction projects
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of contract management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in the use of construction-specific software and Microsoft Office applications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, project management, or a related field
