Qualifications & experience

• Minimum 3 years travel consultancy experience. DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT THIS!!
• Corporate and/or group experience preferred
• Knowledge of Sabre & Tramada preferred
• Keen interest / knowledge of sport
• Strong management skills
• Good multitasking and time management skills
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service

Tasks & responsibilities

• Work within a team and alongside National Sports Manager to provide Travel Management for nominated National & State Sporting Organisations
• Booking of teams, groups and individual travel
• Planning and managing all travel requirements and itineraries
• Development of travel and tour options for national & international events
• Financial duties including invoicing clients and suppliers
• Engaging in regular team, office and staff meetings
• Liaison with relevant contacts within sporting organisations, suppliers and agents

Benefits

• $70,000 - $75,000 base salary + Super + Commission + Bonus
