Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Time Trainer Assessor to join our team with an immediate start. This role offers a competitive salary and requires travel across the NSW, SA, and QLD regions. However, 80% of your time will be spent onsite and in classrooms in Moranbah or Mackay. You will be instrumental in delivering competency-based training across the Mining, Construction, and Rail Industries, acting as a key representative of Onsite Training in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver competency-based training on mine sites across Mining, Construction, and Rail Industries.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Onsite Training, engaging with both new and existing clients.
- Facilitate Strategic Leadership training.
- Provide top-tier training to major businesses (e.g., BHP, Anglo).
- Maintain professionalism, manage client enquiries, and conduct customer meetings.
- Deliver TAE products as part of our holistic training approach.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Required: Must hold a Diploma in Vocational Education and Training (16 or 22), or a Certificate IV in TAE40122 & Supervisor Competencies (S123 & G2) .
- A passion for learning and a commitment to a long-term career in training.
- Proven experience in delivering training within the resources sector.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Desirable: Mining experience at any level is a benefit, though not required.
- Desirable: Standard 11, Other Operational Competencies.
Roster and Location:
- Lifestyle Roster: 8 days on, 6 days off.
- During the 8 days on, travel will be required across QLD, NSW, SA, and other regions, with 80% of the time spent onsite and in classrooms in Moranbah or Mackay.
