Carey Mining is expanding, and we have multiple opportunities for experienced Mining Superintendents to join our teams across the Goldfields and Pilbara. Working on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, and make a meaningful impact in the mining industry. About the Role As a Mining Superintendent, you will:

• Oversee safe and efficient mining operations to meet production targets.
• Manage personnel and coordinate site activities to ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and schedules to maintain efficiency.
• Lead and mentor supervisors, fostering a high-performing team culture.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSEQ, safety, and regulatory standards.

These roles are based on-site in the Goldfields and Pilbara, offering an excellent 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth that provides a strong work-life balance while leading essential mining operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in mining operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of drill & blast, earthmoving equipment, and the Mine Safety & Inspection Act.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and drive teams to success.
• Qualifications: Cert IV OHS, Cert IV Training & Assessing, Provide First Aid, ICAM Investigation (desirable).
• Pre-Employment Requirements: Successful applicants will be required to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical and provide a National Police Clearance.
