The Company
Join a family-owned Australian Drilling Company that has been operating for over 30 years. Due to expansion, they're looking for an experienced Drillers Offsider to join their team.

The Job:

• Assist in the setup, operation, and relocation of drilling rigs and equipment.
• Connect power cables or hoses for water and air supply to rigs.
• Help obtain drilling core samples and ensure their proper handling.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning mud pits and drains.
• Mix and test drilling fluids, chemicals, and grout as required.
• Assist in the installation of casing screens and well development activities.
• Operate equipment like pumps for air, water, and mud.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

About You:

• Previous offsiding experienced in RC
• HR Drivers Licence
• Current First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
• National Police Clearance (dated within 6 months or willing to obtain)
• White Card (or willing to obtain)
• 4WD Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen
• Currently reside in WA
• Ability to work in a team environment

In Return:

• $43 per hour + super
• FIFO from Perth - 2:1 Roster
• On the job training and mentoring
• Get your Cert II and III in Drilling Operations as you progress with the business
• Accommodation, meals, and transport provided
