Takeaway Shop Staff

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve a variety of take away food to our high standards
• Handle transactions and operate the cash register
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the takeaway area
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a café, take away or hospitality environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently in a fast paced take away shop
• The ability to multitask
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating a positive customer experience
• Previous take away shop experience is a plus
