Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough history-taking and clinical examinations
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Request and interpret diagnostic investigations
Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
Manage long-term conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Provide preventative healthcare and lifestyle advice
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

✔️ Medical degree and GP certification
✔️ Registered with RACGP, ACRRM, or a recognized equivalent
✔️ Valid license's and permits required to practice in [Western Australia]
✔️ Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
✔️ Excellent communication and patient care abilities
✔️ Commitment to continuous professional development
