After 18 months in our state-of-the-art clinic, we continue to grow and expand our team and services. With that comes the unique opportunity to join our high-performing team.

We are looking for high-performing psychologists who are driven, efficient, and committed to delivering exceptional care. With onsite opportunities for clinical or educational and developmental endorsement, Solution Psychology offers extensive support and professional growth opportunities.

We welcome applications from psychologists working across the lifespan and are particularly interested in those who have a passion for working with early childhood, parents, and families. These positions are being offered as full-time or part-time employed roles with excellent remuneration.

Essential Criteria

- Masters and/or Doctorate in a relevant field of psychology.

- Registration with AHPRA.

- Eligible for a Medicare Provider Number.

- Demonstrated understanding of neurodiversity.

- Demonstrated understanding/interest in assessments of cognitive ability, specific learning disorders, autism, and ADHD, including report writing through a neuroaffirming lens.

- Use of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness.

- Able to function autonomously.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Outstanding organisation and time management skills.

- Professional indemnity insurance.

Desirable

- Board-approved supervisor registered with AHPRA.

- Prefernce for working with early childhood, parents and families.
