We’re seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to guide a passionate multidisciplinary team, ensuring young people receive the highest quality mental health care. In this leadership role, you'll provide clinical guidance, supervision, and innovation to deliver evidence-based support and oversee services in a dynamic environment.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based mental health care for young people.
- Oversee clinical services, managing caseloads, governance, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Support and develop staff through training, supervision, and professional growth, including clinical supervision of students.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in the local community to build integrated care pathways and strengthen partnerships for young people.
- Be part of a national network of headspace centres, including connection with training, program implementation and advisory services.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance, while driving continuous service improvements.
About You: Are you a professional, innovative, and caring clinician who thrives in a collaborative team environment? Do you have experience in leadership roles and a passion for providing high-quality mental health services? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Mental Health Nursing, with full unconditional registration with AHPRA (required for psychology, occupational therapy or nursing only). OT’s, Social Workers and Nurses will require additional mental health training, credentials or accreditation through a professional body.
- Strong experience in mental health settings, including clinical triage, assessment, referral, and working therapeutically with young people and families.
- Leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams, providing clinical supervision, and overseeing service governance.
- Expertise in mental health assessment, treatment, and family-inclusive practice, with a focus on continuous quality improvement.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Need to Get Started:
- Current open Driver's Licence.
- Current Blue Card or the ability to obtain one, or valid AHPRA registration.
- Current Police Check or ability to obtain one.
