Freelance House Clearing Assistant qt Estate Experts

We are a business that clear out houses - deceased estates, hoarders, people downsizing and decluttering. We have been doing this successfully for 19 years. NOTE: This position is NOT for house cleaning. We are NOT cleaners. Rather we remove all property from houses and sometimes factories.

We are looking to recruit a Freelance Contractor to assist us with all aspects of the clearance including sorting, carrying and packing goods. Average 2 – 3 days per week - usually 7 hour days. You will need to be reasonably fit for this role. The jobs can be dirty or dusty with some heavy lifting at times but there is always somebody there to help as we do not work alone. You will not be responsible for removing rubbish from the site – we arrange that.

We work all over Melbourne, Geelong and the Mornington Peninsula so you will need your own car to travel to jobs. You may have a sense of adventure as every job is different. As a contractor you will need to hold an ABN (Australian Business Number (ABN) or be prepared to get one. The process is simple.

This position would be ideal for somebody in a gap year or at Uni as this is an ongoing role. Conversely you may already have a small business and be looking for some extra cashflow. No experience required as we will train you in all aspects of the work. If you are a collectror - all the better! We are a small happy family business.
