Cox Purtell are partnering with a national membership organisation that are the premier peak body for their industry. They are looking for a creative marketing & communications professional with a knack for bringing brands to life.
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your ideas can make a real impact? We're looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our client's team on a part-time temporary contract basis (20 hours per week) to initially support a major industry event but following this it could convert to a permanent contract.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns for an industry event in late April.
- Creating engaging digital content - think the personality-driven, fun style of the Duolingo bird but tailored to a different audience.
- Managing social media, email marketing, and direct communications with members.
- Writing clear, compelling comms, including direct marketing and government correspondence.
- Summarising and distributing key industry news to members.
- Collaborating closely with the communications team to ensure brand consistency.
Who We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years' experience in marketing, communications, or content creation.
- A creative thinker who can balance fresh ideas with a professional approach.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience in major projects, or government comms is highly desirable.
- Someone who is adaptable and flexible - this could suit a parent returning to the workforce.
- Candidates must have work rights in Australia (no sponsorship opportunities available).
