A day in the life of a Ventura Bus Driver….
This is not your typical workplace; your office is on the road! With no day the same as the last, our bus drivers deliver a range of bus services including public transport, school routes, charter and special events.
We have a variety of fulltime and casual roles available to suit your work/lifestyle needs across all of our depots - Pakenham, Dandenong, Seaford, Rosebud, Oakleigh, Moorabbin, Knoxfield, Croydon, Lilydale, Monbulk & Ivanhoe!
Our Drivers are highly valued and strongly supported. We have excellent in depot facilities including quiet rooms with reclining chairs to unwind in your breaks, pool tables and table tennis, quarterly BBQ’s friendly and inclusive workforce. Ventura is a great place to work!
What is the Women At The Wheel (WATW) Training Program:
Ventura have a genuine commitment to a gender diverse workplace and we proactively encourage women to become a part of our team. Our WATW program is designed to provide you with the MR licence, training and opportunity to do just that – We believe in you, will invest in you and will support and empower you to be a confident Ventura driver.
During the program you can expect:
- A flexible and supportive recruitment process where our recruitment team will guide you step-by-step;
- Obtaining your MR licence through a highly reputable registered licence provider and a tailored licencing program;
- Up to 4 weeks of PAID driver training with our highly experienced and supportive in-house Trainers;
- Continued support as a valued Ventura employee.
