We're on the lookout for a dynamic Team Leader to oversee operations, recruitment, and safety while working alongside our well-established contracts. If you're ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

🚦 Managing daily work requests, rosters & team coordination

🚦 Overseeing onboarding & training of new traffic controllers

🚦 Handling invoices, SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements) & audits

🚦 Managing vehicle maintenance & compliance

🚦 Ensuring recruitment QA policies & procedures are followed

🚦 Providing expert advice on Traffic Control Plans & Worksite Plans

About You

This role is fast-paced and high-volume, perfect for someone who thrives in a busy operational setting and enjoys problem-solving. Ideally, you'll bring:

✔ Strong leadership skills - proven experience in leading and mentoring teams

✔ Resilience under pressure - you stay calm and keep things running smoothly

✔ Workforce & account management experience - highly regarded but not essential

✔ Excellent multitasking abilities - you juggle priorities and meet deadlines with ease

✔ Outstanding communication & stakeholder engagement skills

✔ Tech-savvy & admin savvy - you know your way around databases and scheduling systems

While prior experience in traffic management is a plus, it's not essential-we'll provide full training!
