Momentum Consulting has joined forces with a large Australian supplier of ready-made meals, Our client is conveniently located in Arndell Park and are currently looking for multiple skilled Machine Operators with an immediate start with morning and afternoon shifts available

This role is in a cold storage environment, and you must be comfortable working in colder conditions for the duration of the shift, it would be ideal for you to have the appropriate PPE including a freezer jacket and thermal clothing.

About the role

As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for the following:

• Set up machinery for production runs, including pre-op inspections
• Operate machinery/production line operations
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Monitor machinery to ensure proper functioning and report any issues
• Conduct regular inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Must be able to work with Pork/Beef/Seafood and Nuts

To be successful, you will possess the following:

• Experience in machine operation at least 12 months
• Previous cold storage experience desired
• Previous experience in FMCG is preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Full-time work rights in Australia
• Physically fit and able to lift weights up to 20 kgs
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
