About the role

As a Window Fabricator at Coastline Architectural Windows', you will be responsible for the efficient and high-quality fabrication of custom-made windows in our modern manufacturing facility in Unanderra, NSW. This full-time role is crucial in delivering our premium architectural windows to our clients in the local and surrounding areas.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate windows to the required dimensions and standards
• Operate power tools and machinery to cut, assemble, and finish window frames and sashes
• Perform quality checks throughout the fabrication process to ensure finished products meet our strict quality standards
• Collaborate with the production planning team to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in window fabrication or a related manufacturing role
• Strong understanding of window design, materials, and construction techniques
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
