About the role

Diversified is seeking an experienced AV Technician to join our dynamic team in Perth. As an AV Technician, you will be responsible for the installation of audio-visual equipment and systems within various settings, such as: corporate offices, educational institutions, hospitals, and retail spaces. This is a full-time position based in Perth, WA 6000.

What you'll be doing

• Install professional AV equipment
• Set out installation works according to specification and instruction
• Set out, cut and install of cables such as conduit, cable tray, ducting and wire systems
• Rack wiring, termination and labelling
• Read and interpret schematic diagrams, panel drawings and rack layouts
• Record and maintain relevant documentation pertaining to commissioning
• Line Test and Commission cabling systems, including field and inter-rack cabling
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Travel to regional and remote client sites when required
• Observe WH&S standards ensuring all work is completed in a safe manner
  

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a AV Installer or in a similar industry
• Trade qualification in electronics, communications or audio visual or demonstrated industry equivalent
• Holds current: Construction Induction Card, EWP licence and Cabler Registration and endorsements
• Current valid Driver’s License and Personal Vehicle
• Australian Citizenship to be able to access Secure Agency sites is desirable.
