About the role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a project professional experienced with the “Aurion" human resource information system (HRIS). You will drive the project and associated business activities including stakeholder engagement and communication, system/process changes and develop/deliver training while utilising your experience as a subject matter expert to support the project outcomes.
In this role you will:
- Lead and manage the planning, documentation, scheduling, and implementation of the Aurion project.
- Introduce the use of new Aurion employee self-service (ESS) modules to enhance the efficiency of payroll activities.
- Analyse current establishment and payroll processes (including the workflows and the associated delegations) to identify the need for change and transition to alternative processes.
- Monitor and report on project progress and manage associated project risks.
- Prepare briefing notes and present at committee meetings to explain and seek approval for changes.
- Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders through consultation, planning and implementation.
- Coordinate testing of new ESS modules and functionality.
