We are searching for an entry-level candidate to step into this Assistant Property Manager role, with full training provided! Must have completed your QLD Real Estate Certificate or in the process of.

Along with providing a high level of service to their prestige clients, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within Real Estate and be trained by a well regarded director.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with inspections, routines, entries, exits, arrears and maintenance
• Liaise with landlords and tenants
• Rental application reviews and preparing lease agreements
• Learn from the best and prepare yourself for your own portfolio
• Any adhoc administration duties (as requested)

Skills/ Experience:

• Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Personal presentation must be immaculate
• Ability to work autonomously
• Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written
• Customer-first approach, focuses on delivering quality service to all client
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
