About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the sales team at GO Electrical Roselands, a leading provider of electrical products and services in the Roselands, NSW area. As an Internal Sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

What you'll be doing

• Handling inbound sales inquiries and orders from customers, providing expert product advice and recommendations
• Proactively reaching out to existing customers to understand their needs and identify new sales opportunities
• Assisting with the coordination of logistics and delivery to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Collaborating with the wider sales and operations teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Providing excellent customer service and support, responding promptly to enquiries and resolving any issues
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in an internal sales or customer service role, preferably within the electrical or construction industry - Open all applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Product knowledge is beneficial but not needed and the ability to provide technical advice and solutions
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• A positive, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
