The Exciting Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has become available in the Wollongong area for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner who is looking to join an organisation that places importance on quality and culture. You will be responsible for providing quality behaviour support with realistic KPI’s while receiving supervision from a team leader.
Mindtree offers flexibility with full time or part time, and the opportunity to work from home.
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
- Manage a diverse clinical caseload within the community to provide high quality behaviour support
- Develop person-centred, evidence-informed positive behaviour support plans in line with the person's goals and NDIS plans utilising functional assessments of behaviour
- Participate in Mindtree’s clinical governance framework
- Provide therapeutic interventions to support engagement and capacity building

Key selection criteria:
- Current registration as a NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
- Demonstrated experience and skills in specialist behaviour support
- Experience working in a range of health/disability services.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
- Current drivers licence and use of own vehicle
