About the role

All State Group Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Shopfitting Installer to join our team in Emu Plains, NSW. This role involves the installation of high-quality joinery and shopfitting products in commercial and residential settings. As an experienced installer, you will be responsible for the precise and efficient fitting of our premium cabinetry, furniture and fixtures.

What you'll be doing

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure accurate installation of joinery and shopfitting products
• Carefully measuring, cutting and fitting all types of joinery and shopfitting fixtures
• Liaising with clients and project managers to understand specifications and deliver a high level of customer service
• Troubleshooting any installation issues and providing recommendations for solutions
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment throughout the installation process
• Working as part of a team to ensure all projects are completed to the highest standard

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a joinery or shopfitting installer
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
• A commitment to workplace health and safety
• A valid driver's license (vehicle will be provided)
