Ten Minutes by Tractor is an award winning winery based in the beautiful hinterland of the Mornington Peninsula.

Our two hatted fine-dining restaurant and casual alternative Allis Wine Bar reflect TMBT’s philosophy of our attention to detail and passion for doing the best we can, to showcase local produce and the best that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated kitchen hand to join the team. Previous experience working in a kitchen is preferred, but not mandatory, as full training will be available. This will be a busy and fast paced position, that will enable you to learn multiple aspects of supporting a successful kitchen team. Your day will have you assisting with general food preparation, restocking stations, washing dishes and general cleaning duties.

• Dish washing and cleaning
• General food preparation
• Experience in a fast paced kitchen
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to multi-task
• Flexible working hours are available, but weekend availability is essential
• You will require own transport due to the regional location of our venue.
