The Role

We are currently looking to expand our team with a positive, driven and experienced Kalgoorlie Regional Manager.

In this role you will work directly with the Saltbush leadership team overseeing the day-to-day requirements of the varying projects on and off-site.

Some of our Projects include:

· Road Transport & Bulk Haulage across Western Australia.

· Earthmoving (Road & Dam Construction – Civil Earthworks)

· Crushing and Screening

You will be required to have experience on and managed teams with experience including but not limited to;

· Road Train Side Tipper Haulage

· Excavators, including Rock breakers

· Graders

· Loaders

· Rigid & Road Train Water Carts

Skills, Attributes and Experience

Supervisory Experience: -Solid experience in Supervisor roles, specifically in Haulage.

Leadership and Mentorship: -Ability to provide strong direction & mentorship coordinating with project teams, supervisors, subcontractors and client representatives.

·Operational Oversight: -Oversee site activities, ensuring efficient use of plant, equipment, labour and materials

OH&S Commitment: -Possess a positive and proactive approach to Occupational Health & Safety ( OH&S) and instill the values of these companies from a health and safety perspective.

Technical Proficiency: -Well-developed computer skills, including roster management, Spreadsheets, Input of daily dockets and info, general administration and correspondence and well-developed interview skills.
