About the Role:

As an Implementation Analyst at Janison, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful onboarding and implementation of our industry-leading software solutions, including learning management systems, assessment platforms, and remote proctoring tools, for both new and existing clients. You will manage end-to-end implementation processes—from initial client engagement to post-deployment support—ensuring our software meets client needs and delivers maximum value. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and product specialists in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You will act as a technical point of contact for clients, working alongside internal teams to resolve issues and deliver timely solutions. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between clients and internal stakeholders. While you will work autonomously on assigned tasks, you will also collaborate closely with senior team members to ensure successful project delivery.

This role is perfect for individuals looking to build a career in software implementation, technical account management, or customer success. With opportunities to develop your skills and take on increasing responsibilities, this position offers a clear pathway for career advancement within the enterprise technology industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Janison’s software solutions (including Assessments and Remote Proctoring) for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, and manage refresh and new feature implementations for existing clients to align with their evolving needs.
  • Engage with new and existing clients to understand their business requirements, identify solutions using Janison products, and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
  • Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to ensure effective adoption of the software and provide end-user support during implementation.
  • Configure and test software applications to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring high-quality delivery and optimal functionality.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing product expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting throughout the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to relay client feedback, contribute to product enhancements, and ensure solutions meet client expectations.
  • Create, manage, and update project plans to track client deliverables, implementation progress, and timelines, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Document implementation processes, client configurations, and best practices to promote knowledge sharing and maintain consistency across projects.
  • Proactively identify, own, and escalate any issues preventing implementation or project completion, working cross-functionally to resolve challenges.
  • Continuously improve implementation processes and workflows, reporting to and taking direction from Senior members and Project Managers.
  • Engage with other Janison teams to support implementation, technical support, event delivery activities, and process improvements.
  • Provide occasional support outside core business hours during critical implementation phases or key client events.
  • Assist and shadow existing team members as needed, contributing to team success and professional growth.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with a strong focus in details and accuracy.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
  • Proven experience in facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders and managing client engagements.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all levels within an organisation (business and technical).

Desirable:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in software implementation, technical support, or a related role, or equivalent education (e.g., BA in IT or relevant certifications).
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) and business analysis principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse, design, revise, and implement new and existing business processes.
  • Practical experience in performing QA/UAT, managing bulk data, and using advanced MS Office tools (especially Excel).
