Qualifications & Attributes:

• Strong communication skills.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or in progress).
• Familiarity with the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework.
• Ability to support young children with care and empathy.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Current Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management training (or willingness to obtain).
• Protecting Children Mandatory Reporting Training (or willingness to undergo).
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Police Check.
• Passion for childcare and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care and education to children, supervising various learning experiences.
• Design, implement, and enhance daily activities.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and communicate effectively with families and children.
• Foster trust, compassion, and strong relationships with children.
• Share developmental milestones with families.
