Currently an opportunity exists for a motivated Building Supervisor to join their team in a North Brisbane area.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing project homes in your area
• Coordination of trades and materials for housing projects
• Manage Onsite companion schedules
• Quality control and QA reporting prior to job handover

kills and Experience

Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:

• Ideally 2 years experience as a Supervisor in volume housing
• Onsite Companion experience advantageous however not essential
• Strong trade management and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Carpentry Trade qualification highly desired
• North Brisbane trade base advantageous
