We are seeking a casual team member to join our Showroom crew, helping customers make tile and tapware selections for their new build or renovation. Day to day you will provide excellent customer service, offering product knowledge, processing sales and payments, measuring customer plans, and creating quotes.

About the role

• Host our customers during their visit to our flagship Showroom. Work independently and as part of a cohesive team to ensure first-class customer service.
• Provide design guidance and assist clients in making tile and tapware selections for their new build or renovation, including grout and silicone recommendations.
• Measure customers' plans and create quotes, following up with clients to nurture opportunities into closed sales.
• Process sales and take payments.
• Support the wider team with ad hoc tasks such as, but not limited to, samples outreach, following up quotes & process improvement projects.
• Identify areas to improve overall customer experience and sales effectiveness across all channels.
• Casual role, 1-2 shifts per week. Must be available on Saturdays.

About you

• You bring positive energy and enthusiasm to every interaction.
• You love making people feel confident in their design decisions.
• Experience in Customer Service or Retail Sales.
• Qualifications in interior design are a plus.
• Knowledge of tile products and applications preferred but not required.
• Ability to receive coaching and feedback with curiosity and respect.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• You thrive in fast-paced, social environments.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
