About the Role

As a Refrigeration Technician, you will:

• Manufacture and commission high-quality refrigeration units, including custom-built systems.
• Diagnose, repair older EIDIS refrigeration units.
• Perform hands-on bench work repairs.
• Build unique, one-off special projects from concept to completion.
• Read and interpret technical parts breakdowns.
• Collaborate with a skilled team of tradespeople and technicians in a supportive environment.
• Maintain high-quality and compliance standards across all work.
• Proactively contribute to process improvement and workshop efficiency.

What You Need

• Formal qualifications in HVAC or refrigeration, such as a Certificate III or IV
• Arctick Refrigeration Handling Licence
• Current WA Restricted Electrical Licence
• Strong attention to detail & troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a factory-based team

Pay Rate & Benefits

Competitive pay based on experience – $40–$50 per hour.
Full-time, permanent role | 38 hours per week.
Stable indoor work environment in Wangara.
