We are growing our customer support and compliance team and looking for a proactive, driven crypto enthusiast eager to provide customer service and support to our customers and hit the ground running.
You will be responsible for:
- Provide support for our customers both via our support ticketing system, live chat, and phone (inbound and outbound calls)
- Investigate, and problem solve customer queries
- Investigation of crypto trades, account transfers, and customer deposits
- Working with customers throughout the onboarding process
- Contacting new customers via the phone for onboarding screening and new account set up
- Assisting accounts on customer payments
- Conduct customer authentication reviews and reporting
- Assist Compliance team with compliance tasks and responsibilities as required
Like many businesses, we all wear many hats, so you're also likely to find yourself helping out on other tasks - for example, platform testing, assisting our marketing & events team and taking part in industry events.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience handling incoming customer queries
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to learn and to adapt to new environments quickly
- Enjoys speaking to customers over the phone and building relationships
- Accurate and quick typing skills
- Proactive, with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
- Available to work on a rostered full-time work week (working availability including weekends)
- Proficient in the Google and Microsoft suites
- Previous experience with support tools such as Zendesk desirable
- General interest in bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies is a bonus!
