About the role:
Come join the Mitcham store to help others see and hear the world more clearly! We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join a collaborative and fun team who strive to provide the best outcomes for their patients.

You will be involved in all aspects of our customer's optometric journey:

• Supporting our Optometrists and Audiologist with efficient pre-testing performed to a high level of standard
• Offering customers frame styling advice
• Dispensing glasses
• Answering customer enquiries and booking appointments
• Building strong rapport and creating a memorable customer journey

Skills and experience:
The successful candidate will have a rewarding career with Specsavers and possess the following skills and experience:

• Optical experience is highly desired, however full optics training will be provided
• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail/customer service environment
• Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail
• An ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues
• An ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
• Have flexibility to work retail hours, which may include late nights and weekends
