What will you be doing?

• Developing and leading a strategic partnership framework aligned with key workforce objectives
• Engaging with industry and government stakeholders to identify skill gaps and workforce challenges
• Establishing and managing formal partnership agreements, including tenders and MOUs
• Overseeing the implementation of partnership initiatives that support workforce development
• Representing the organisation at industry forums, advisory committees, and stakeholder meeting
