Qualified Plumber

Permanent Full-Time role

Hourly Rate $40.00-$50.00 + Superannuation + Bonuses.
Based in Redlands, servicing surrounding areas including Brisbane and Logan.

About The Role

At Refresh Plumbing and Gas, you’ll be joining our team of 5 as a Qualified Plumber. You will play a key role in providing high quality plumbing services to all clients, reporting directly to Nathan, Director.

This Plumbing role includes:

• High quality plumbing for {residential / commercial / real estate / body corporate} customers
• Work to proactively and reactively manage and diagnose complex plumbing issues for customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Assist with training and supervision of plumbing apprentices.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and aim to increase customer loyalty
• Navigate technology and software for the purpose of documentation, scheduling and liaising with clients.
• Provide quotes and invoices to clients.
• Take Payments using software.

Essential skills and qualifications

• Current plumbing license with experience in domestic and commercial maintenance plumbing.
• Valid White Card.
• Valid manual Drivers License.
• Own hand & battery operated tools
• High quality workmanship.
• Positive attitude.
• Diligent time management and organisations skills.
• Confidence in communicating with clients, suppliers and contractors.
• Honest, reliable and respectful.

Desirable

• Excavator experience highly regarded.
• Maintenance experience, with roofing experience highly regarded.
• Gas license preferred - not required.
