Powerdown is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to fill the permanent, full-time role of Customer Service Supervisor.
Powerdown Australia is a small to medium business within the growing Automotive Aftermarket Industry and throughout our 41 years, we have always focused on performance, safety and value and believe in giving our customers the best possible service. Powerdown are leaders of Australian designed suspension solutions for commercial vehicles; along with suspension for 4x4 vehicles with our RAW 4x4 range.
Powerdown is seeking a reliable, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual as a Customer Service Supervisor at our head office and warehouse facility in Beresfield, NSW. The suited candidate will have solid leadership and communication skills to lead our team of Telephone Sales Consultants.
This is a permanent, full-time role, operating under the direction of our General Manager of Sales, with office hours being 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Leading our team of Telephone Sales Consultants to deliver the best quality of service.
- Managing and tracking KPIs and metrics to optimize performance.
- Mentoring and coaching to drive a high-performing team.
- Assisting in defining systems and procedures to streamline the customer service experience.
- Troubleshooting, where necessary, to deliver outcomes centered to the best possible solutions for our customers.
- Assisting in answering calls and processing orders.
- Communicating with our Warehouse team.
- Liaising with our Engineering and Technical Sales team.
- Supporting our Regional Sales Managers with customer requests in a timely manner.
Experience and attributes preferred:
- Customer service management experience.
- Strong proficiency with order entry programs and CRM platforms.
- Experience in tracking KPIs and metrics.
- Customer centric and detail oriented.
- Strong people management and coaching abilities.
- Passionate about delivering optimal customer service.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
