OFF TRACK RV are seeking a passionate and experienced Caravan Handover Person to join our team in Epping, VIC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and a sound knowledge of the caravan industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-class customer service and conducting caravan demonstrations and handovers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with first-class customer service at handover.
• Conduct caravan demonstrations and handovers.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections and testing.
• Provide pre-delivery assistance in the form of after-sales support.
• Cleaning and staging our caravans once they’ve been inspected and approved for sale. You’ll be ensuring each van is sparkling clean and looking its best to welcome new buyers.
• Champion and represent Off Track RV to our customers.
• Be a positive, energetic, proactive team member.

Requirements:

• Full driver’s license
• Great communication skills and great attitude.
• Ability to anticipate opportunities to impress our customers
• Basic computer/Ipad skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure without becoming flustered
• A team player who is able to work collaboratively and build effective relationships both internally and externally
• Willing to be hands-on and be an active team player
• Excellent people skills with great attention to detail
• Ability to work unsupervised and multi-task
• Looking for a long-term position and be proactive and self-motivated
• Ability to tow caravans would be advantageous
