About Us

• Since 2013, Super Rehab has been delivering top-notch Allied Health services to seniors and individuals with disabilities in the comfort of their homes. With hubs in Petersham and Homebush West, our dedicated clinicians supports our clients across Sydney Metropolitan suburbs.
• We are looking to fill a full-time (38 hours per week) role with a client base around the Blacktown, Hills District and Penrith Area of Sydney.

The Opportunity

• We have a flexible full-time position available for passionate Physiotherapists to join our professional and friendly team as we expand our services.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Work Duties

• Provide initial Physiotherapy assessment and ongoing treatment to older persons on Home Care packages, STRC packages and adult NDIS participants with primarily physical/ neuro disabilities.
• Traveling to clients homes for Physiotherapy assessments and interventions
• Completing accurate documentation and application reports
• Liaising with services providers and other team members
• Minimal admin - you will have diary and appointment scheduling, and all billing support provided.

Skills and Qualifications

• Recent graduates and experienced clinicians all welcome to apply!
• AHPRA Registration
• NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) or willing to apply.
• Professional indemnity and liability insurance
• Current Drivers License - this is a mobile role! Access to car not necessary as we also have company-paid vehicles.
• Demonstrated understanding of the complex needs of elderly clients, and adults with physical disabilities or neurological conditions
• Previous home-based Physio experience - Desirable but not essential
• NDIS knowledge - Desirable but not essential - we will train you!
