The Role
We are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to lead and grow their geotechnical team. This is a permanent, full-time position reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a geotechnical team
• Design and oversee geotechnical investigations for various sites
• Ensure accurate geotechnical logging and soil classification
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members
• Expand geotechnical services to support other engineering disciplines
• Develop business plans and identify growth opportunities

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Geotechnical Engineering
• Significant team leadership experience
• Strong financial acumen and business development skills
• Excellent client liaison and communication abilities
• Proven experience in a consulting engineering environment
