About the Role:

• Oversee all aspects of the construction site for a luxury townhouse development (8 triple story units).
• Ensure project milestones are met on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and on-site personnel.
• Maintain strict safety and compliance standards.

What you Need:
We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who doesn't need to be taught, and is ready to utilise their skills. If you're a townhouse specialist with a strong eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on townhouse or medium density residential projects (8+ years)
• Experience with Tight Access sights, and understanding of Traffic Management for main roads
• Strong civil construction knowledge including an understanding of sloping blocks & retaining walls
• Carpenter by trade & basement experience would be highly regarded
• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A commitment to quality and a proactive approach to site management.
• Strong computer skills -as you will be using the latest tech
