About the role
Conroy Removals is seeking a trainee Customer Service person to join our team in our Huntingwood, NSW office. In this fulltime position you will be the central point of contact for our clients, sales staff, and operations to provide great customer service and support throughout the customers' removal experience.

What you'll be doing

• Making introduction calls and sending Booking Confirmation messages to new clients.
• Responding to incoming phone calls and emails from customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Sending invoices and obtaining payments.
• Maintaining detailed customer records and documentation.
• Handling customer queries, concerns and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Liaising with operations department to ensure services are scheduled and provided.
• Booking third party services required.

• Previous experience in a customer service could come in handy.
